So i have gone out with this chick for 4 dates now, and she just got out of a 1 1/2 year relationship with this guy who cheated on her about a month ago. Well last week we were talking and she knows i like her, and she tells me she just wants to be friends right now cause she is not ready for a relationship which is completely understandable. What i need an opinion on is she keeps wanting to see me we saw each other both days on the weekend for a signifigant amount of time, and all we did is kiss and talk nothing further. Should i take it as a good sign that maybe there is a good chance we will be in a relationship together when she is ready? Thats what i need an opinion on.

My mother is 49 years old. She scoffs at the thought of being old.

She scowls at me and says she is too young to be a grandmother. She says she doesn't look like a grandmother either. (Trust me she looks her age! And acts like she is 80!)

She is not married and hasn't had a date in 8 years, but when I see her she talks about how she is going to meet a guy and get married but its hard for her to find a guy since she is too good for all the men she has met.

She tries to hang out with her friend's children who are in their 20's like me and she will actually call me to talk about their lives. I don't even know these people!

Her friends are grandmas and thats okay with my mom as long as she isn't a grandma.

Is this some kind of mid-life crisis? She thinks she is too young to be a grandmother, but I am 25 and she WILL be a grandmother in the next few years as my wife and I are planning to have a baby.

She doesn't want to accept the idea of being a grandma

I have known this man for several years. We work together but live in separate cities so we only see each other several times a year. When we do we seem to have an intense sexual chemistry, make alot od eye contact, flirt, he touches me a lot, he has all the classic flirting signs.

We have emailed off and on over the years. He has told me he likes me, he told me he cares for me, but when I call him on anything he tells me I have miscontrued his words or actions.

I stopped emailing him and the next time I saw him he told me he like me and wanted to keep in touch.

(we have never had sex)

I really like him and think about him all the time, so a week or so later I wrote to him and he didn't respond.

What is his deal?

i am 14 soon to turn 15 and my younger sister is 12. She usaully like this boy that is one year older than her. At first when he met her he had liked her. He usually play around with me, like hitting me and I would hit him back and stuff. But then my sister said that am the reason why they don't have a relationship because am always hanging out with him, but truth be told i'm always in the house then she said that she don't want us to be around each other because he seems as if he likes me. After a couple days together he found out the true person that she is and now he just ignore her like when she usually ignore him. then today I was going up the step and he was trying to hug me. when i go out with friends and family he's always on my mind. so then I always want to be where he is and so we always are together. he is very mature for his age and i really like him. Do u think i should go out with him or is he too young?

I'm stressed right now because I'm temporarily working a job that I don't fit into well. It leaves me exhausted and unable to cope with much else. This job will end in a couple of months I will start something that I do fit well with, and then I will start being ambitious again. My present job is going to help me get started in the new venture, so I have to keep going. I've tried to explain to my husband that things will be back to normal very soon, but he doesn't get it. In fact, he comes across like he does't trust me and is attacking my approach to discipline. He has the same attitude about some other things in my career that I've had to let go of temporarily. He cares that I accomplish my goals, but he has such a driven attitude about it that he's driving me crazy. I am very insulted and hurt by his attitude and I don't deserve it. I love him and want the marriage to work. Any thoughts?

Ok, before you get all excited and try to answer the quest. u may need more info. My group of friends are getting together for the first time in a while and one of my friends suggested we all bring something inexpensive and funny...but the kick is nobody knows who's present you'll recieve or who your present is going to. I was figuring MAYBE I could make something cool myself?? If not, it has to be inexpensive (prolly $5 @ wally world or sumthin - we agreed on that). I NEED HELP!!!

Whenever I get snacks at the store, whether it's ice cream, gatorade, candy, peanuts, etc., my dad usually eats (or drinks) most, if not all, of it. Then when I talk to him about it, he doesn't care. How can I get him to stop? Hiding stuff from him probably won't help cuz he'd most likely find it!

i broke up with my bf yesterday because i got mad @ something that he did. he is a really sweet guy. when i did, i gave him back all the things that he has ever given me including a bracelet with his name on it. Before i gave him back the jewelry, he looked like "oh, i can deal with us breaking up", but then he almost refused to take it back. when he did he looked like he was about to cry. should i call him and make sure that he is alright? or do i leave him to "get over me". what should i do??? this is the first guy that i have broken up with that has really cared about me?
