when it comes to separation (be it legal, or not) does the father have a right to gain full custody of his children and what are the conditions? what if the child is around 8 or 9 and old enough to decide who he/she wants to live with -- let's say one of the parent is unemployed, but the child prefers to live with that parent, will this be honored?

he says he loves me and says that my body has nothing to do with it he is only 37 years old i've been in some bad relationships and he is the first man that gave me my first orgaisiam i was 38 years old and i cant let it go i want him to make love to me all the time this man has me crying after sex thats how good it is to me he says that the reason he dont want it all the time is that when we do it its very special and he dont wanna get gourge out on it should i get upset with him are let it be and no he anit cheating im disable so he is home with me everyday he is a very good man and i dont want sex to cause us to seprate.

going out or doing certain activities of which he does not approve? They are not illegal activities and will NOT affect the child. Also, what about the ex-husband telling the ex-wife not to ask his family members to watch the son either? because he thinks ex-wife is engaging in said activities, whether this is true or not, does it matter? Isn't my time my time? As long as our son is not abused or neglected, does it matter if I want to date a woman? Does it matter what sexual proclivities I have?- as long as they are not illegal or harmful to others? If it matters, then tell me why? I think he is just being controlling and jealous. Jerk. But that's just my opinion. What's yours?

my mother in law gets her son to give her some adderal(he only uses it very rarely) and when she takes it to give her energy well my husband always gets pissed off at her b/c its like she is addicted to speed when he refuses to give her any she gets very mad and says she will get them her self what can we do about this....

my fiance got married to this woman whom is 4 years older than him ok he has 2 kids with her and she was very abusive to him,he has custody of the kids he said he never loved her,i said why did you marry the b---- for and he said because he was in the navy and he was really lonily,in fact they were both lonily., now he tells me he has never loved anyone as much as he loves me ,he has not been with this woman for almost 11 years what are the chances of them getting back together,the kids donnot want their parents to get back together,infact they love me more than their own mother...

the girl I like I think is really beautiful, she has a good personality, a good sense of humor...in other words, she is perfect. Following so far? Good.

I really love her. I don't know if she likes me though. Let me explain: The first time I called her she seemed surprised and very happy that I called. the next couple of times I talked with her she seemed shyer around me than normal. She does know I like her.

To the point: What are signs that she likes me? and if she does, what do I do about it? If she doesn't, what do you suggest? Help please!
