Actually he did have an affair with my best friend and they continued seeing one another long after THEY told me they wouldn't. I eventually used HIS phone to text message her to see if she would meet him! She text back and said she missed him and suggested a place to meet. Even though he had lied to me continually without batting an eye, he claims I am the dishonest one representing that I was him. He called her the following day and told her as much.

He knew I had already called her and told her it was me. He says he called because he didn't trust me that I. I view it as just another excuse to call her. He HAS refused to tell her HE didn't want to see her; only that he couldn't see her BECAUSE I made life hell if he did. I continue to be sad because of his lack of sorrow.

I do not feel I was dishonest in trying to ascertain if this "friend" would continue to deceive me. I am a very honest person but do not feel I owe a cheat the same level of honesty. Do I? Was I dishonest?

My bf and I have been together for a year. on easter I found a letter from a female co-worker of his, calling him sweetheart and saying that she wants to get to know him better . I confronted him about it and he says there is nothing between them, yet I keep finding these letters (5).she knows he has a gf and I know he has been writing her back cause she once said in a letter that they need to stop writen emails to eachother cause their work monitors what they say. he has a cousin that works at the same place as them and this girl lives in the same apmt complex as his cousin they carpool together and are good friends.If I'm over at his cousins and she calls they both get real quiet, his crazy uncle has also called me by the girls name a few times. and when I drop him off at work and she is outside she sees me and looks away .now he doesn't know I found the letters exept for the first one and I don't think hes done anything more than just talk. What do I do? I love him!

got a lazy (18yr) nephew and will not go out and get a job and support himself ?he only lives with family members because he has no were else to go.how do we tell him to stop being lazy, tried to tell him straight out but he is not motivated to do anything just wants to sit around and do nothing unless you are right there yelling at him. i want him to join the army to help him out, but he says he must wait 6mos. to retake a test. what do we do in the mean time? we even have a hard time to get him to shower, even told him "you stink take a shower!" goes in one ear and out the other. we are getting at the end of our rope with him. but he is finially off the drugs (we hope and pray anyway)he will not get his ged. i hope someone has some advise to help us keep our sanity, if we kicked him out he will sure go back to drugs and drinking and end back up into jail only this time it's adult jail. we can't really trust him with his lies but family should stick together we believe ANY ADVISE?

Me and my husband started working things out but we never really talked about what we both wanted different. Because of our work schedules everything was going great but he started to act like he was going to do whatever he wanted whenever. So 3days ago i got mad and we both decided to just let it go but when we see each other we still want to be together but right now is not the time . Almost all of my extended family, on both sides (Aunts, Uncles, cousins, Grandparents) are just really awful people. There's no gentle way to put that. They are (to varying degrees) rude, self-absorbed, manipulative, greedy, racist, and make fun of people different from themselves...the few genuinely kind, nice, educated people all left years ago. They're older, around 30-80. I'm 17. I'm trying to get in touch with them (and find the good parts of my heritage). How do I show them I'm not like the rest of the family?
