Seriously, I have a problem. I'm depressed alot, ever since really last year and I've never really snapped out of it. At first it was this guy, and now it's other stuff with it too, but what I'm tryint to say is, you know you have a problem when your teacher asks you what's wrong. All my friends/family try to help, my mom wants to take to me see a counselor, but I don't want to. I can't open up to anyone but God, and according to him, it's ggod to tell otheres your problems, cuz it help you grow better spirutally, but I just can't do that. I can't even talk to my mom about anything....

Well, I'm 23 now when I was 21 I had my first relationship and I lost my virginity, We were together a year and a half, and two weeks ago I found out he cheated on me. I love this guy but I think I need to move on, but it's hard, I can't even imagine being with someone else, my question though is how do I stop feeling like I gave him all of me and I don't have anything special left to give anyone else, and where do I start so I can move on? and it doesn't help I'm shy, I don't even know where to meet guys well men I don't like little boys.Sometimes I feel like I should just try to work it out with him because I love him, but I don't want to live my life in that "comfort stage" where you need to move on but can't, I don't know what I want , well to be treated with love.

When i sat at her lunch table she would sort of stare at me and then when i looked that way she would look away.
On the bus she acts mean in a flirty sort of way. On the other hand i am sort of overweight and i wonder if she is afraid to tell me she likes me. We or at least I really have fun just talking with her every once in a while on the bus. And when we talk on the bus she seems genuinely interested in my life.

I don't know how to ask follow-up questions to all of your good resposes, so I'm posting again. ...problem is, I found out that he still has this other email address because I was snooping, so it's hard to confront him about it. Basically, I looked in his regular email account, and saw a delivery failure notification and saw that he was forwarding a link to this email account that I didn't know about. He had a typo in the address, so it got bounced back to him, and that's why I saw it. I know, it's psycho for me to be spying on his email, but it's the only way I feel like I can know the truth. I've had two big talks with him about this in the past, and he knows how much it hurts me. I just can't figure out if I'm over-reacting and am being too controlling, or if he's a jerk. I think what bothers me the most is that he hides it from me. I guess he feels like he has to since I've been upset about it in the past. Is it normal for men to hide these things from their girlfriend/wife?

I originally filed for Divorce in California in the year 2000 and my wife filed a response within 30 days, successfully starting the divorce process. Since that time though, I have been unsuccessful in getting her to respond and proceed with the rest of the paperwork. What should I do? Can I refile and hope that she won't respond to the second petition or am I locked into this middle-of-divorce status. What can be done to legally complete the divorce process?
