First of all you must consider a lot of possible options.
For one, you are very young, and since you are barely a teenager, you'll get all crazy all the time sometimes. Plus, you should really work on your school work instead. Another issue, do you plan on marrying her. If not, then don't worry about it. If so, wait a few years, and, if you still do, you'll have built up this blockage of feelings, so you won't be nervous next time. Anyway, don't get mad at yourself, I mean, sure you can tell her how you feel, but, I'd wait for a while until you know for sure what your feelings are. I mean, you definately don't want to jump into what you don't know about, or into conclusions. Plus, a few years from now, I can almost guarantee that she will have broken up with that other guy by then. I mean, how many times has it happened to people you don't know?

Dude been there. Be yourself. It never works to be someone else. Girls know man. Tell her. It's like in baseball, you can't hit the ball without swinging the bat. Dude the only problem is , is that you are fishing with no bait. Don't try the thing when you go out with someone else to look cool. Stick with her man.

heres some ways you can tell her dress nice give her a rose and say how you feel while looking in her eyes ask if she can give a chance thats what my boyfriend did and he had been dating for 9 months now good luck lol

well find out if she dose like the other guy or not from her you could try to take things slow and ask her out to a movie and see what happens from there
