I originally filed for Divorce in California in the year 2000 and my wife filed a response within 30 days, successfully starting the divorce process. Since that time though, I have been unsuccessful in getting her to respond and proceed with the rest of the paperwork. What should I do? Can I refile and hope that she won't respond to the second petition or am I locked into this middle-of-divorce status. What can be done to legally complete the divorce process?

no no no eventually you will get your divorce because she isnt responding just make sure you have went thru all the avenues including putting an ad in the paper as a missing person. i think you have to wait like 30 days or so then the courts will grant you your divorce. good luck...
