Rock and Pop

It is played on my classic rock radio station. It is basically really good, fast acoustic guitar with drums. It has no words, so I can't really look it up. If you have any idea on what it would be, please tell me, even if your not sure. I really like this song!

that perhaps has stayed together longer than they should have? This is sort of the opposite of all those questions about reunions you would like to see. A group I like a lot, My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult, gets my vote. These guys are turning into the industrial music version of Spinal Tap. Check this out.

it pisses me off how people hate bands when they changes there sound, i mean if u were a band wouldn't you get tierd of making the same album over and over again. People hate Aiden now because they're new album is softer then there last few. The same thing happend to Avenged Sevenfold when they stopped screming. i was just on Atreyu's myspace and you can preview there new album thats coming out tommorow and people are leaving comments saying they hate them now. the same thing happend to My Chem and FOB, i mean u dont have to like thier new stuff but you dont have to hate the band either.

I'm trying to make a really good mix CD of love songs for my boyfriend for his birthday. He likes the above listed genres, I'm looking for unique, not the classic, heard it a million times love songs. Bands like Blind Melon, My chemical romance, red hot chili peppers, The Used, as well as hip-hop (not rap) and indie and punk stuff. NO EMO or pop. Thanks!

They'll ask for song recommendations (ie- anyone know any good songs?) and won't specify the type of music or era they're most interested in. If I respond to a vague question such as "know any good love songs", I'll recommend older songs, because that's what I'm most familiar with. I occasionally get 'thumbs down" perhaps because the person making the request was looking for today's music.
If they're into up to date , modern songs, they need to let people know that so that they don't get a bunch of people recommending "oldies". If they prefer classic rock, old school, etc, people need to make that known too.

It would also help to know what genres in particular they're looking for: country, rap, r&b, rock, metal,. emo, Broadway,alternative ,etc?

I myself can recommend hundreds of different songs from the 1920's through the early 90's. Naturally I don't have the time to list all of those when someone asks "know any good songs"
So it does help to know some parameters.

Whether they are in bands or solo artists I can relate much more with female musicians. They seem to inspire me much more as well, idk why besides the fact that I am a female. Anyway guys and chicks, what are some females of music that amaze you or inspire you?
