Music - 17 February 2007

The lyrics tell the story of a boy who "could smell the fire burning" down some road. there is mention of a sheriff, I belive his dad was killed "running moon shine."

He comes back from Vietnam and starts to "plant the seeds" he learned about from "charlie"- then he goes on to close the song and there is mention of the same old sheriff.

I can't think of the artist and title to save my life! Does anyone know?

Example from me would be Jimi Hendrix. For me his music hits a cord in my soul. I hear the slightest riff and I know that it is Jimi. He is not rock, classic rock, or in any category he is simply Hendrix and his album title "Experience" defines his musical abilities.

If anybody knows a great song for a talent show i could use it would be greatly appreiciated. i am open to any genre i would prefer a less "current" song (like, one that isnt on the radio 24/7) nothing that would be "inappropriate" for an 8th grade girl to sing. i can sing pretty high and pretty low so that helps i guess. I need a reccomendation. I play anything that's hard rock/heavy metal. I do a lot of soloing. Can I have a reccomendation on a new amp? I found a Line 6 Spider III on Guitarcenter.com, but then I found a Marshall amp: both were $299. The reviews didn't help at all. So, can I have a reccomendation on one?
