Guitar players.. trying to tackle the solo on "Miracle Man" Ozzy Osbourne?

I have the tabs, but my real question does anyone know how Zakk plays it? It sounds like a series of arpeggios, but I can't seem to be able to play it and have it sound the same. Any help would be apprecietated.

Wyldes good but Randy Rhoads is so much better
Wylde go so much of his style from Rhoads its almost like he copied him anyways
buy the zakk wylde overdrive
that should make you sound like him
