My parents won't let me go to a mcr concert. I asked my dad and all he says is your to young. I showed him concerts off youtube and I offered to pay for both of our tickets but he is stubborn. MCR is my favorite band. I dont want to miss out on this. Please help me.

You should totally be able to go! Especially if your parents are going! Didn't they go to Beatles concerts, etc. when they were young?

I think it should be alright for you to go to a MCR concert if you truly like their music so much. Just show that to your dad, how much you really like MCR. If he's going to the concert too, why not turn him into a fan? Tell him all those things you like about MCR and stuff, make him listen to their music, etc. Maybe he'll turn around in time. But it's more important for your dad to go together with you- at least safety concerns will be ruled out.

Yes! Absolutely! MCR is a great band and they are splitting up soon because they are starting families. It is not a bad band and a 13 year old should be allowed to attend.

OMG! I love My Chemical Romance ! I always go to MCR's concerts. My parents dropped me off because they trust me not to do drugs or some other stupid things. Maybe you should show the how responsible you are.

But you never know what could happen at the concert. Alot of teenagers like 17 or 18 attend concerts and they can be wild. I Mean My Chemical Romance is awsome, but say parents will be there and they're a good band. NOthing is violent or hectic at their concerts.

why not? my little brother is 12 and he went to a MCR concert. he had a blast. your parents just dont understand how things are done in todays world i guess. theyre still living in the 70s-80s.

yea u should I'm the same age and i went!!
not to brag but there isnt anything going on at the concerts
unless your im the mosh pits(floor tickets). but i think u should.
