I need a reccomendation. I play anything that's hard rock/heavy metal. I do a lot of soloing. Can I have a reccomendation on a new amp? I found a Line 6 Spider III on Guitarcenter.com, but then I found a Marshall amp: both were $299. The reviews didn't help at all. So, can I have a reccomendation on one?

They're both hybrid amp modelling equipments. I'd say go with Marshall. But for my top pick for a guitarist's amp, it would be the Fender Twin Reverb.

I dont really like Line 6 amps but the Spider III is probaly there best I would go with the marshalls my self

Chuck it all and go for a Vox AC30
