It's a song sang by a woman and says "what goes around comes around and you'll see......I'll never be nobody's wife". It's not a recent song. I think it's from the 90s.

If you have heard Britney sing as a kid on Star Search, you will know that her natural voice (before vocal training) is a strong belt voice. So does anyone know what techniques she is using to get her unique, throaty voice she sings with today? Even without heavy production, her live singing voice is very unique, but not exactly a belt voice or a plain chest voice. And please no sarcasm, I realize that she is not Celine Dion and does not usually sing live. I would just really like to know how she trained her voice to become the singer she is now (whether you like that voice or not). Please let me know if you have any insights about this! Thanks :)

It is clear nobody buys their Cd's anymore, so for them to receive such recognition it is clear they bought off the awards in a pathetic attempt to "jump start" their flagging careers (and sales).

So how much do you think it costs to buy 5 "grammys" ?

Although karaoke is not a promising avenue and am impartial to American Idol, I have my own demo. It isn't getting any bites and I just moved to Dallas, TX where I thought I would get better response than previous cities I have lived I.E. Baton Rouge, New Orleans. Maybe I'm just not good at putting myself out there, so what do I do? Do I need to reproduce my demo? What do I do after that? Record companies don't go for unsolicited demos. Who do I need to get me further along in the music biz?

Hint: something like “You blinded me with science” (Thomas Dolby,) “Come to Jesus“ Mindy Smith, “Weeping” (Culture,) “I don’t want to wait in vain for your love” (Bob Marley,) “Under Pressure” (David Bowie and Queen,) “Wild Horses” (Graham Parsons,) “Ven y Ven” (Ezekiel Peña, “The Potter’s House” (Tramaine Hawkins,)“My Man“ (Billie Holiday,) “Go straight to hell” (Clash,) “Voodoo Child” (Jimi Hendrix.) Of course it is not one of these but they show the general type of music that it is.

The song opens with the lyrics THIS SONG IS DEDICATED TO THE NEWLYWEDS' - other lyrics are 'this is the day I'm gonna make you my wife' and 'on our wedding day' and the chorus includes 'never really wished on a star', It sounds like a black male group from 70's or 80's.
Can anyone help please - its driving me mad.
It is not I’m gonna make you my wife by the whispers. Any ideas?
