check out the guy from lifehouse, his talking voice/singing voice are completely different. do you change your voice to sing, or do you keep it the same way as it is for when youre talking? Idk this is kind of a hard question to ask, but check the video for reference to see what im talking about

especially the late 90's. I just gotfinished watching some music videos from the 90's on youtube.com and I can't help but think that music back then was better than music today, especially ballads. is this true or is it just nostalgia? God bless you all.
