Depends on what classic rock you are talking about. Nowdays Motley Crue ,Guns 'N Roses and even Metallica are all considered Classic Rock and is played on the stations here all the time.
While I do like the 80's classics, I also
like some of the "Real" classic rock,too. The stuff my dad grew up listening to. Pink Floyd, Bad Company, Led Zeppelin,Lynyrd Skynyrd,Queen, Black Sabbath and many more.

There are more of us than you think! My favorite band is Chicago. A few others I really like are The Moody Blues, The Animals, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Jefferson Airplane, Styx, Blood, Sweat and Tears, The Who, The Eagles, and Fleetwood Mac.

my fav. classic is Del Shannon's Runaway. That is a true classic. Some of these groups that people listed arn't trulyclassic in my opinion, they arn't old enough, but to the young people, I guess they would be. Classic "oldies" are from a time period from late 50's to early 70's., and depends on the popularity of the song.

hey i'm only 18 and that's basically the only thing i listen to. Queen is one of my faves along with just about any other classic rock band you can name.
