For intervals, I put together 45 minute tracks that have a slow warm-up, then 3 running songs, then another slow, then 3 running songs....
I'm sure you will get plenty of "flat out" songs, so here are some of the less contemporary transition songs I've been listening to lately. They are good for movement but not the top speed tracks. I may start posting the full workout playlists on my Blog.
