why is it that marching band isn't considered a sport? we work just as hard as any other team but we never quite get the recognition we deserve. why is this?

I use DSL, but my Limewire connection is almost blank! Is there anything invloved with Java or anything else. I can't download music. Do I have to share anything? because when opening limewire it always say that Enabling Open Information Sharing? What should I do, somebody help!!!

I live in a small town. I have an excellent voice and run Karaoke shows as a business, but my real dream is to join a band and be the lead singer. So how do I go about doing this? Should I advertise? Is there a place online you can go to look and see if there are bands in the area looking for singers? Oh, and I'm a country gal, so no funky sites. 10 points for best answer!

Are there any rap artists who write thier own lyrics? if so are any of the lryics meanful? I tried to listen to new rap and all the talked about was rims, money, and jewlery. I don't get it. Rap died with Tupac and Biggie.

I remember listening to Tupac and really feeling it, now I feel like an idiot rolling down the street blasting my stereo listening to a guy sing about rims and "apple bottoms".

Maybe I should switch to country music.

why dont people seem2 realize that rap and rock are brothers. ppl critsize rap more bc of its "violant" lyrics. rockers do more drugs and spaz out even more. why all the negative talk. wheres the positive feedback?
