Depends on whether you have a chromatic or diatonic harmonica. A diatonic would have the major E scale notes starting with a blow on the one hole. A chromatic would not have the major notes on several holes and to get the major scale you'll have to bend the one draw the two draw and three draw.
There actually 4 scales on a harmonica and it can be used to play in all those keys. Some players even claim to use up to 12 keys but I find that rather redundant and far too difficult to keep track of. I'm not sure what your level of playing is but if you want to keep in touch I've been playing for 20 years. It's a great instrument.
