I doubt anyone will be able to tell me what it was, but I remember watching it when i was a kid, so it has to be almost 15 years old.

I can only remember a couple scenes, and not well enough to describe them.

The only part I can think of is they were watching a computer screen and the person was a dot of one color and the alien was a dot of another color and the person watching the screen couldn't do anything as the alien came up behind the human without the human knowing until the dots merged and the human dot disappeared.

I THINK it ended by the alien realizing the humans were scared of it and decided to let them live, but I have no idea if that is the case.

For some reason, I thought the movie was called crystal of a star, but search for that came up with no results.

So we just started using Netflix... and the first time we received movies, two came in the same envelope. Well, yesterday, we received only one DVD in an envelope (we're on the two at a time plan) even though the website said that they shipped out together. So my question is whether this is typical or not? And is Netflix to blame or the postal service?

I graduated about a year ago with a BA in Media Arts with an emphasis in sound and I cannot for the life of me find something in my field. I currently work in sales and have been avidly applying for and interviewing for parttime gigs and audio related jobs but nothing like what I really want...to work in film. What else can I do?

We've all been there. Be it with our girlfriends, or with the family - there it was, the scene of all scenes to put a lump the size of a melon in your throat. Its dark, and luckily she/your family aren't noticing you acting like a cry baby. You on the other hand are begging not to be to spoken to in the fear that you may end up whimpering out gibberish. Your eyes feel heavy, youre holding back them tears. Your chest is tightening up too, no youre not having a heart attack but can you blame yourself?
