It's a movie called KeinOhrHasen starring Til Schweiger. It releases in Germany on December 20, 2007.

The video is not to a film, it's a video of the actual group who sings the song- One Republic. The group is off of Timbaland's record label. Their cd came out last week. It's just a video of the group singing in studio.
