THE GOLDEN COMPASS,
a new movie targeted at children, will be released
December 7, 2007. This movie is based on a the first book of a trilogy
by atheist Philip Pullman. In the final book a boy and girl kill God
so they can do as they please. Pullman left little doubt about his
intentions when he said in a 2003 interview that "MY BOOKS ARE ABOUT
KILLING GOD."
The movie is a watered down version of the first book and is designed
to be very attractive in the hope unsuspecting parents will take their
children to see the the movie and that the children will want the
books for Christmas.
The movie has a well known cast, including Nicole Kidman, Kevin Bacon,
and Sam Elliott. It will probably be advertised extensively, so it is
crucial that we get the word out to warn people to avoid this movie.

this classic horror cult was directed by the grandissimo Mario Bava (1914 -1980).I have met his son Lamberto Bava in Europe, what a nice man he is...I thought, if I were a script writer, I would surely do a remake of my past time favorite film.

thats what it says on IMDb, that G.I. Joe will be a International force instead of American, thats sad. We all grew up with A Real American Hero, and it says nothing about it fighting terrorists. C'mon, haven't the tragic events of Sept. 11, 2001 made us more proud to be an American?, the Collapse of The Soviet Union?, the Fall of The Berlin Wall?, why does Hollywood have to butcher 80's franchises? G.I. Joe was and will always be A Real American hero. Terrorism is real hot issue at the moment so right now it's the perfect time to make a G.I. Joe movie fighting terrorists.

do you think Megatron will return in Transformers 2?, I dream and hope so, because I think they killed him off to early, besides, he didn't get enough screentime in the new first movie, and he didn't get enough action and lines to say, like there wasn't a chance when he got to lead his Decepticons into action. I hope he doesn't become Galvatron in the second movie, thats too soon, besides, Megatron is the ultimate Transformers villain. I heard Soundwave and Shockwave are almost certain to be in the sequel, which other Autobots and Decepticons do you want in the sequel?, I also heard that in the next film Starscream will finally have his dream come true, he'll be leading the Decepticons in the sequel, well I still want Megatron back, they killed him off way too soon.

I just got done watching this movie on CBS. I could not figure who was actually killed and who actually took the shot and who was the intended target and if it was premeditated. I know the woman could be charged with accessory to murder.

really this should be a no-brainer. I would rather have my kid, if I ever have one, watch some sex [something that is natural and human] than watch some guy blow another guy's brains out or beat in his face into a bloody pulp.

Which are people more afraid of? kids having sex or kids killing each other and other kinds of crime?

it's easier to educate kids about sex and control it than to rationalize about something so useless as violence.

in the story, a jamaican DJ lives on the top story of the 3 story bulding, under him, a scottish man (the lead actor), and below him, a "Jamaican" man who doesn't get along with the scottish man. The story continues as the scottish man's old partners drop in his house for some reason, and end up having a big problem with the "jamaican" (the one on the first floor) man's "mob".
