So we just started using Netflix... and the first time we received movies, two came in the same envelope. Well, yesterday, we received only one DVD in an envelope (we're on the two at a time plan) even though the website said that they shipped out together. So my question is whether this is typical or not? And is Netflix to blame or the postal service?

If you are on the two at a time unlimited plan you will not always get them in the same envelope. Sometimes they ship separately from different locations. You also do not always have to ship them out at the same time, you can just mail out whichever ones you are finished with so the next can arrive.

They come one to an envelope whether they are shipped from different places or from the same place. It was an error on the part of whoever checked the movie back in at the shipping office. You can let Netflix know that you are returning the extra one that you received in error. As long as one of them is the one you ordered, I don't see what all the fuss is about.

Usually they only come one to an envelope. I've never received two in the same envelope. I'm on the three at a time plan and they each come separately. It was probably just their mistake.

I've never received two in one envelope, even if it was a 2 disc series, it would still come in 2 envelopes. Sounds like it was a netflix mistake. Maybe you have one to keep.

Was the one that came with two a two disc movie or have the special features or was it two different movies. By me the only time I got two in the same was for a two disc set. Everything else comes by itself. I have been a member since 05
