....and then this tune came on the screen with spooky faces....and all I remember was like: 5 more days till Halloween, and a mask getting stuck to kids faces....lol I know it sounds like a silly movies, but I want to see it again to see why I was so affraid of the scary parts of the movie. Does anyone know the slow, love song that they play in the movie Fear starring Reese Witherspoon and Mark Whalberg, that goes like: "wild horses couln't drag me away...". I remember from the late 80's or early 90's, its a fantasy movie for a younger audience, all I remember is there is a young boy who is sick, and his grandpa comes and read him a story. The story the grandpa tells the sick boy is actually the actual movie. All I remember is that it is a fantasy like movie, and there is a girl I think is a princess and it takes place in some land and they have some kind of adventure. I also remember the girl falling through a hole into some ditch or it was a tunnel.

I think it was made in the '70. A thriller/horror. Similar to The Wicker Man, but it's like a coven of females controling a private fertility ritual where they kill the man after breeding and this one man (not THE man) saw it, so they blinded him and cut out his tongue so he could not reveal their secret. In the end, blind and mute, he sits listening to someone read to him as he is cared for.

I am looking forward to seeing that movie I love Adam Sandler he is very talented. But I saw an Australian movie called Strange Bedfellows starring Paul Hogan I am wondering if I now pronounce you Chuck & Larry is based on loosely on that movie which I thought was hilarious. I do understand that the movie is based on a true story which I sincerely doubt.
