It's A Wonderful Life (with Jimmy Stewart). A beautiful film. To Kill A Mockingbird is also a favourite.

Mr.Smith Goes To Washington....with Jimmy Stewart , Jean Arthur and Claude Rains Story of man appointed to the unexpired term of U.S.Senator who is almost impeached when he goes against the reining powers in office . Superb movie !!
