Lord of the Rings was a fountain of good quotes. My top selections:
"The hearts of men are easily corrupted."
"Even the smallest person can change the course of the future."
And Aragorn and Theoden's respective pep talks to their armies before dashing into the battles are always inspiring. They give me goosebumps everytime I watch them. The words are so powerful.

My favorite are all that come from Galadriel
~movie version~
"In place of a Dark Lord
You shall have a queen!
Not dark, but beautiful
as the dawn
Trecherous as the sea
Stronger than the foundations of the earth
All shall love me in dispair"
~Book version~
"And now at last it comes. You will give me the Ring freely! In place of the Dark Lord you will set up a Queen. And I shall not be dark, but beautiful and terrible as the Morning and the Night! Fair as the Sea and the Sun and the Snow upon the Mountain! Dreadful as the Storm and the Lightning! Stronger than the foundations of the earth. All shall love me and despair!"
Such a powerful quote, showing what the ring can do if someone of great power were to hold it.
"Your Quest stands upon the edge of a knife. Stray but a little and it will fail, to the ruin of all."

Mine is..." There shall come a day when the courage of men fails, spears will be broken shields will be splintered! An hour of wolves before the age of men shall come crashing down! But it will not be this day! This day we fight!" Aragorn is class.

"It moved because it's got my axe embedded in its nervous system!!" Gimli to Legolas after the Battle of Helm's Deep - and a rather out of place comment given that Tolkiens characters really had no understanding of anatomy at that level. The ancient Numenoreans might have, but that knowledge is long dead and the dwarves do not strike me as spending time dissecting things for the sake of esoteric knowledge.

"There's some good in this world, Mr. Frodo........and it's worth fighting for!"
"It's your Sam, don't you know your Sam?"
"So do all who see such times, but that is not for them to decide -all we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us."
"It is a strange fate that we should suffer so much fear and doubt over so small a thing."
"I made a promise, Mr. Frodo, a promise. 'Don't you leave him, Samwise Gamgee.' And I don't mean to. I don't mean to."
^^that's probably my favorite. =). I love sam =)

There are others but I haven't actually seen the movie so you may not remember them.
