most people on earth were dead due to a plague or something similar and I remember a woman calling every number in the phone book to try and find someone that's still alive? Any ideas?

I went and seen it even after the facts cam out that it was actually fictional. But it still gave me the creeps. I guess cause it was atleast different. I think alot of people went thinking it was going to be the new exorcist. Now that is the scariest ever.
My nieces were trying to play like it was nothing and I offered them both $50 to go to the basement put in The Exorcist and turn out all the lights and watch it. None took my up on it.

Will and John are both identitcal twins. Will is a cop while John is a serial killer. Will wants to pardon John and admit him to a mental faculty. In the process John kills a few of Will's close ones and in the end Will must hunt for John in a thrilling manner. Is the story good?

Well i might do netflix today but i have a question.. it says free month for first time users.. i am a first time user so can i do the 4 dvd plan for 1 month free and then after that month is up i will not be charged right? i can cancel and switch plans to something like the 2 dvd plan

Did anyone stay until the very end of the credits? I saw it on the first day it came out and i didnt know to stay!

Also, why couldnt elizabeth and will ever be together?The whole plot of the story was very confusing.Can anyone explain it?

I think that its one of those movies that you need to see over and over to really get.

Does anyone know if there is going to be a 4th movie?I heard that orlando and keira are not going to be in the 4th movie (if there is one)

I watched a movie sometime back but only seen parts of it. It was kind of interesting and want to see the whole thing. I believe it was an Independent and may have seen it on Sundance or IFC.

The only parts in the movie that I really remember was a woman taken in (she may have let him move in) a dirty homeless man with a dirty beard. The cleans him up a bit and ends up having a relationship with him (I believe it may have just been a lustful relationship).

One weird thing I remember is she used a kitchen chair to "get herself off" if thats any help with any one helping me remember this movie title.

Just so I don't somehow spoil the ending of this great film, please don't read this post if you haven't seen it or the "AFI" special.

Jeers to last night's "AFI" special for revealing the movie's ending. To do that was to assume that everyone watching the special, has already seen "Citizen Kane", and that's just not true.

Showing the climatic ending (which is what the whole movie hinged on in the first place!), I feel, was the equivalent of that annoying neighbor or cousin (or whoever) telling you what happens at the end of a movie you've been _dying_ to see or a really terrific book everyone's been talking about.

Now I know that there are more important things in our world that we could talk about, but I'm interested in knowing your opinion.

And for those of you who have never seen this classic gem and have now had it spoiled because of last night's "AFI" special, are you ticked? Not ticked? Don't care?
