I went and seen it even after the facts cam out that it was actually fictional. But it still gave me the creeps. I guess cause it was atleast different. I think alot of people went thinking it was going to be the new exorcist. Now that is the scariest ever.
My nieces were trying to play like it was nothing and I offered them both $50 to go to the basement put in The Exorcist and turn out all the lights and watch it. None took my up on it.

I would earn that $50 for The Exorcist and another for watching Blair Witch in the basement! They were both silly and I wasn't scared, I was laughing my rear off, and I was only 12 when I saw The Exorcist for the first time. OH, by the way, I watched in my sister's basement.

It wasn't about being scared, it was just a bit disturbing. Before the facts came out that it was all a hoax, I thought it was pretty mysterious....hehehe, but I wouldn't watch it again. I'd prolly get bored....But think about it for a sec, if you saw the movie, i thought the movie was well made. Because, there wasn't really a story, and the director didn't really give out much to make it look like a fictional story. Maybe that's why we got to believe it for a moment that it was real. The details were just enough to make it seem real. hmmm, nice one. A lot of people say, it's dumb and low budget.....I say SO WHAT? It got a lot of people, a lot of people believed, a lot of people got scared.....I don't think they're all stupid?! anyway, good question.

I really didn't think that the Blair whitch project was scary at all. In my personal I thought it was kind of dull but people have a difference of opinion so it might just have been scary to others. A movie that really frighten me was the Ring.

That's hilarious. I saw the Blair Witch Project at the theater before the facts came out and it creeped me out. But I like being creeped out. I wanted to go out and walk through abandoned buildings and stuff after we left the theater.

It was a different look at the horror genre. I thought the movie was unique. It didn't have the best plot in a movie, but it was definitely something different. People will always remeber it as the documentary horror flick.
