I saw it on late night TV about 30 years ago and it was a bizarre horror film set in a mental institution ( I think) and the in the scene I can't forget, the inmates begin attacking either one another or the staff in a surreal, orgiastic riot of mutilation which involved a close-up of someone's eye being removed and placed in a martini glass. I stopped watching at that point and never learned the name of the movie. I don't want to watch it....I've just always been curious about the name. It was probably an older movie even when I saw it. Thanks for any ideas.

I saw this when I was 9 and I still absolutely hate clowns with a passion. I saw it a couple of weeks ago for a second time and I really didn't like it. It wasn't how I had remembered it.

Scene where the old boyfriend is with Meg & her friends for a holiday and they are singing. The stanza the boyfriend is supposed to sings is “The horn, the horn is so forlorn” which Meg helps him to sing. Another is ” the clarinet, the clarinet…”. The song is about musical instruments. I just saw the previews and don't I think I could sit for more than 30 seconds and have to listen to her bad fake accent. The premise sounds good but lord why not let her speak in her normal voice and not toture us. I, on the contray predict a big huge bomb at the box office. Yea, that's really how she talks, ugghhh.
