Scene where the old boyfriend is with Meg & her friends for a holiday and they are singing. The stanza the boyfriend is supposed to sings is “The horn, the horn is so forlorn” which Meg helps him to sing. Another is ” the clarinet, the clarinet…”. The song is about musical instruments. If anyone knows the answer please let me know. Thanks!

It's called, "The Orchestra Song", and it dates back to 1946 as an old German folk song. It's taken from "Humor in Music, by Julius Herford. Here is a link to the sheet music on it:
