Dirty Harry for ever.
Die hard is good to watch I will admit but a little "too cute" (as in, trying to be smart and funny). With Dirty Harry... well, NO ONE and NO ONE! mess with Dirty Harry, punk!

Come on!. Officer McClain has kicked @@@ on over 100 terrorist/bad guys while barefooted and hurt. All dirty Harry does is walk around talking trash and shooting dudes with his huge hand-cannon.
Both are good movie makers, but Harry is just to slow of a movie.
