ok well some might not agree but i would have to say the end of Pride and Prejudice, Elizabeth and Darcy

John Wayne and Maureen O' Hara in The Quiet Man.
The best on screen was not in a movie but on the British version of The Office. During Red Nose Day in series two Dawn and Tim kiss for the first time - they both realize the attraction during the kiss (she is engaged and Tim has an office romance girfriend). They kiss because Dawn is selling them for charity. Wonderful!!!

My favorite is in Frank Capra's A Wonderful Life, between James Stewart and Donna Reed. Stewart and Reed are sharing a phone conversation with an old friend, and Stewart is fighting with all his heart to tear himself away from the ties to his home town and follow his dreams, when he suddenly realizes how much he loves Reed, and desperately embraces and kisses her---a moment of overwhelming passion few movies have ever come close to.

The very end of When Harry Met Sally, when he realizes that he loves her, and runs across the city to get to her. The kiss at the end of this movie is so great.

the kiss of will turner and elizabeth swann (orlando bloom and keira knightley) in Pirates of the Carribbean 3 when they are fighting against Davy Jones' crew on the Flying Dutchman when they are about to get married.
I like it because of the scene befor it. Its so awesome.
