It could've been great. They should have introduced the symbiote in the 2nd 1/2 of the 2nd movie and finish it in the 3rd.
Too many characters crammed in.
Gwen Stacy, a major character in the SpiderMan story, was treated like a 2bit blonde moron that was used. She was accidently killed by SM when he tried to save her(comic)
I like the Sandman story, but it was too much with the symbiote.
Too much story crammed into a small time.

From the previews that i saw on TV, it looked like a movie worth seeing. I was anxiously waiting for it to come out in theaters. However, the movie did not meet my expectations. That;s all i can say without any more negative comments.

The first two were better. There were too many villians and peter (the actor not the character I forgot his name that quick) looks fatter and not interested in the role. I was disappointed really. And I went to see it on openning night.

sorry t burst your bubble to much trying to throw a romance with an action move to no no no no no no to bad really bad writeing not good at all i mean how can you mix a romance with action and have 4 villans i mean come on no one even thought that the sand man would come in toooooo much
