I want to fit it on a 4g dvd and its estimated at 4.8g how can I make it smaller or cut out the ending credits to make it shorter.

You can use a program called dvdshrink. Just search it and you can get it for free.

Now this is a tricky process. I've tried this before and it almost worked for me. My friend asked me to shrink a movie to fit into a dvd, so I went to my local rental store and rented the movie. I used the hydraulic press to squeeze the video to an even thin layer, but couldn't shape it into a DVD as the VHS was badly damaged and broken. Perhaps using heat to melt the movie into a DVD shape?
