(Please read all of this I will report you for an unrelated answer if it is apparent you don't read this)
I can see why you would love a character in a movie; the can represent ideals, struggles, values, and actions you love. But why do people love the actor who only pretends to be these things. The character shares little with him, only his image.

I can see like an actor's skill, but then you only like the fact they enterain you which is an action not the person doing the action.

I can see why you would like an actor that only does action or comedy though, what they portray is always consistent unlike a drama actor who may pretend to represent conflicting values when you watch two movies.

When I was 12 yrs. old I had the privelidge to shake hands with Bobby Kennedy when he came to our town in Oregon. And I was up watching TV the night he was shot. I felt a shocking devestation. I just watched the movie BOBBY. Hearing his words as an adult I am again devastated that we lost this man. Have you seen the movie? Did it change your thinking even a little? Did it touch a place in your heart, or inspire you? It renewed old convictions in me that I have become too apathetic about. In this country with gangs, violence and division, I have become weary of attempting to help create a community of equality for all. And honoring diversity. I am going to buy the movie and watch it when I feel like "We" as a nation cannot unite for the good of all of us. Did the movie touch you? I know some people will say things just for the sake of insult...that happens on this site, but so be it. It's worth it to hear from you that have honest feelings to share.

Man connected tubing from muffler to inside of car and waited inside. Older boy tries to stop it, but gets caught and is brought inside. Boys escape as man kills himself anyway. Investigation takes place. Older boy insisted to authorities "I WASN'T IN THAT CAR!!!" His soda can gets fingerprinted. Younger boy remained in shock throughout movie.

That's all I can remember. Could you help me identify this movie? Thanks.

The newer movies seem to lose any sense of thought. It's almost like the film industry only makes them to get paid. Especially with comedies, the writing has gone down hill! I realize movies are for entertainment, but it seems like every and any screenplay gets bought nowadays. Is it just me or will America watch just about anything?

My heart goes out to anyone who feels oppressed. 1-12 school years can be brutal, after fatal as we learned so horribly.
Two I watched this weekend POWDER and PUMPKIN. Kids
challenged and rainbows brought at the end. Share yours if you may. Something bright and cheery at the end for Earth Day!
Aloha & mahalo for your time.

I like the Gillman, better known as The Creature From The Black Lagoon. He's my all-time favorite monster, from the movie of the same name. He got a bumb rap as far as I'm concerned, and was a gentle guy who could appreciate beauty when he saw it. I have a cute little stuffed animal of him, and at my age, I don't keep tons of stuffed animals. LOL

I'm just interested in how many of you out there like the Creature too?
