What's the name of this movie: two boys watch suicide of man who tries to poison himself with car's exhaust

Man connected tubing from muffler to inside of car and waited inside. Older boy tries to stop it, but gets caught and is brought inside. Boys escape as man kills himself anyway. Investigation takes place. Older boy insisted to authorities "I WASN'T IN THAT CAR!!!" His soda can gets fingerprinted. Younger boy remained in shock throughout movie.

Heck, yeah! i think of it became the 0.33 Harry Potter action picture....I had those days had knee surgical operation and became on some severe soreness killers, and the infants quite had to ascertain the action picture the day it got here out...and for that reason, I slept via maximum of it... nonetheless have not seen the darn element...there have been some different Disney charmers I nodded off for the period of, while my older one became 4 or 5 and that i had a toddler decrease than one that stored me up 0.5 the night... (do no longer subject regardless of the undeniable fact that, we had a sitter for the toddler and pa became with us interior the theater! does no longer choose all of us to think of I took my youngster to the flicks so i'd desire to get a snooze in!)
