This might be a tough one.

It's a sci-fi/horror movie that was made between the late 50's to early 60"s. Filmed in B&W and the plot centered in a nuclear holocaust type of setting. The story took place in the Arizona or Utah mountain ranges where I recall that there was one and possibly two man-sized creatures roaming around the woods that surrounded a house, keeping the characters at bay. The house was "sanctuary" for a scientist, his daughter, and maybe up to four other characters. The mountain range kept most of the radioactive fallout from entering the valley. The only thing I can say for sure is that the scientist dies of radiation sickness around the time they get a faint radio signal that informs them of improved conditions. At that point only the male lead and female lead survive and the movie ends with them leaving the house.

Any help you can give will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I think it was Samual L. Jackson, but I'm not sure. It's really been bugging me. I have OCD and cannot stop obsessing about stupid little thinngs like movie quotes, entimology of words, things less than 3 inces from the edge of shelves, etc. So give me a break.

Um... me and my friends are making a movie, and in part of it the main character is running from the bad guys and we want to be able to make a small... explosion to make it look like the bad guys are shooting at him, but are missing and hitting the tree... How can we make something that will do that?

Tom Selleck was tied up in his Magnum tv contract and couldn't play the role of Indiana Jones in 1981 (Pierce Brosnan missed out on James Bond in the mid-80s because of a similar situation on Remington Steele, unlike Tom Selleck, Pierce got another chance to play Bond ten years later).

I think it would be nice to give Tom a part in the last ever Indiana Jones film. God knows his career needs a break now more than ever.

It may be called the Magic (something) There's a fight scene in the movie where one of the martial arts characters turns himself into a giant fire breathing dragon. Another character turns himself into a giant toad that spits rivers of water. and as the two are fighting in there monster forms, another character removes a magical spider pin from theirhair and throws it in the air and it turns into a giant spider that comes to the aid of the giant toad and the spider and the toad fight the fire-breathing dragon.

I think I need to see it over again, I didn't really like it at all, maybe I just missed something. There were a few parts that actually engaged my attention otherwise I was waiting for it to just finish. I don't need it explained or anything I honestly understand the point of it but maybe it was just the mood I was in. Did you like the movie, why or why not?

I'll supply the description, you supply the answer.

A tense 1952 Western about a small-town sheriff who faces outlaws alone because the rest of the town refused to help. The story is told in minute-for-minute real time beginning at 10:40 a.m.

I am bringing over a friend who has NEVER seen any of the Superman movies. I will of course, watch Superman I, Superman II and Superman Returns (skipping on III and IV), but the question remains, which version of Superman II should I watch? Should it be the Richard Lester 1980 version or the Richard Donner 2006, or both before watching Superman Returns?
