People seem to like Private Ryan the best but I always had a soft spot for Glory and Courage Under Fire.
I thought Enemy at the Gates was pretty intense. Try watching Enemy at the Gates which is about Vasily Zaytsev then play Call of Duty 2 as Vasili Ivanovich Koslov.
