all i remember is its about a boy who is living on an island with his dog and after that all i remember is that he goes out onto a reef and catches an eel by having it bite his arm after he has wrapped a palm leave around his forearm it was an older movie

When I was little, I used to rent a movie from the library. It was a cartoon version of Swan Lake. I believe it was made in the mid-80s. I'm pretty sure that it was a Japanese-made film. I do remember that they spelled Tchaikovsky incorrectly. I believe the spelling was Chaikovski. Does anyone know where I can find this movie?
