It's a movie about a girl named Sam. She works on speed boats. Her mother is invitied to a reunion or something. There the mother meets her old boyfriend. He has a son named Kyle I think. Kyle and Sam don't get alone at all. Until a boat race happens. Sam helps Kyle with his boat. They fall in love. Does anyone know the title is this movie?

I really love that movie! I especially like the scene when Patrick sings to Kat (in front of the soccer team and other people! he even gets a band to play background music too) and gets chased around my security guards/police..its really romantic/funny
