I think the name of the song is Claudia's Allegro Agitato , check the soundtrack for Interview with a Vampire, they might have it there.

It has also been suggested that she plays Beethoven.

I don't know. But they are about two scenes, when she plays? Which one? There is the scene when she is helped by the teacher, and the one when she is helped by Lestat.
