In episode 3 it is either when Obi-Wan and Anakin fight or when He becomes Vader and they put the mask on...but before he speaks!!

Best part of Episode 3 was the first minute of the open space battle. After that it fails to meet expectations in numerous aspects.

Return of the Jedi: The battle between Darth and Luke.
Revenge of the Sith: Gotta go with the end credits, I was so glad to see that crappy prequel trilogy end.

If you mean return of the jedi i would say the battle the ewoks help fight. If you mean Revenge of the sith i would say the battle between Anakin and Obi won at the end.

If you mean "Revenge of the Sith" I would have to say that would be the end credits...
