Spiderman because he never wanted to be a superhero in the first place and he comes from New York City. Not some fictional place like Gothem or Metropolious.

You are going to get a lot of answers for this one. I'll go out and say "Batman". The reason why is because he has been through death on a personal bases (and, with the new one with Christian Bale is any indication) he can be a vengeful son-of -a- b!tch. We need superheroes that doesnot mind killing evil people and not feeling remorseful about it.
