I guess I'm just asking for suggestions/help in losing weight and if my diet/exercise routine is good enough etcc. I'm a 19 years old woman, 5'4", 130lbs. I'm looking to lose at least 20lbs from now until January. I'm starting to run/jog/speed walk twice a day for 45-60minutes each time. I do 100 situps/crunches every day [50 in the morning and 50 before bed], 15 minutes worth of lunges, 15 minutes worth of squats, running up and down a flight of stairs 20 times and 30 minutes of pilates each day. I am very motivated to lose weight. I don't eat junk food, soda, just lots of water and 100% fruit juice. I stay away from white rice, pasta, white bread, fast food. Is this good or am I overdoing it? THANKS!
