You must mean in just the exact way that you demonstrated it here. Yes, it's annoying. Sometimes the lead in question doesn't even correlate to the rest of the question once you open it up to answer.

Yes I do, because sometimes I think it's going to be a really great question and when I see the whole question it's not. I find that very disappointing.

Sometimes the question is so long, the person runs out of room.

I hate when someone says "Help me please" and that's it without stating what the pressing problem is. If one wants help and greatest exposure to the question, it helps to state what the problem is in the title.

Yes actually, I do. I always want to know what the rest is, so I check it. Then, it turns out to be something I cant answer.
