What kind of fish did you make?
how big? My husband loves fish.
I have never confessed I don't know how to make fish
we haven't caught(usually a brown or rainbow trout) ourselves.
He guts them I wrap them in tinfoil and throw them in the fire and wait until the fire gets low,dig them and the potatoes out and butter everything and eat. How's that for a recipe :)

if the fish is beer-battered yes. all I had for dinner was some beef stew and I'm pretty hungry. beer-battered fish would hit the spot.
