Jack, a smart businessman, talks to his son

Jack: I want you to marry a girl of my choice

Son : "I will choose my own bride".

Jack: "But the girl is Bill Gates's daughter."

Son : "Well, in that case..."

Next Jack approaches Bill Gates

Jack: "I have a husband for your daughter."

Bill Gates : "But my daughter is too young to marry."

Jack: "But this young man is a vice-president of the World Bank."

Finally Jack goes to see the president of the World Bank.

not to mention that Rob is also an awesome bassist. I used to think Jason was the best choice, until i was told that he wasnt that good a bassist, and that he used to play Nothing Else Matters as well with a pick. And, i was also told that Rob is an awesome bassist, and that he wrote the song Frantic. Now thats not bad haan.

See, if St. Anger didnt work out, people shouldnt blame Rob for joining the band and then the band started to suck, its not him, its the band as a whole. and btw, he wrote Frantic, which was a pretty good song.

So after telling me your favourite Metallica Line Up, also mention whether Rob is the perfect choice, or was Jason better?

I'm going to buy a bass guitar in the next couple of weeks to learn and start a rock band with some close friends. Has anyone got any good tips to help me learn? Also I see different techniques used when I watch bass players such as just a pick as if theyre playing a normal guitar, and just using their fingers. Is there any reason for this and which is best?

I'm not officially putting my vote in for him, but I think that no one will ever love John Mayer as much as John Mayer does. And it's obnoxious.
