It's my two-year anniversary at work and I received a plaque saying " 2 Year's Service." I'm not sure if there should be an apostrophe in there, but if there is, wouldn't it be after the s: "2 Years' Service?"

Here is all the background info I can give you. Some of it might be N/A. I recived a desk clock from a Air Force 0-6. The plaque said "UDAM-THANKS". Being former military I have never heard the term UDAM. He is married to a Japanese woman so if not a military term perhaps an asian or religous refrence? Please help. Google feel short on this one as well as Wikipedia. Thanks.

I always thought "bi-weekly" meant every two weeks and "bi-monthly" meant every other month. My co-worker insists that "bi-weekly" mean two times a week and "bi-monthly" means two times a month. Who is correct?
