Arguably, it is not. I find that your argument lacks substance. The word 'this' has not got the necessary components or logical room for debate to sustain it as such. Now, if you had asked 'Is 'Answers' a RHETORICAL question, I would have given you 8/10, but as it stands, I can only offer a zero mark..........
