always use the past tense...also it helps to use everythign in point form so that it doesnt cause so much reading for the prospective employee cause they want to read things fast and quickly...apparently a lot of

I also washed the floors and cleaned the cabinets for my boss should be avoided

more likely you should use words like

duties included -washing floors
-cleaning cabinets

etc.

Your resume should be written in the tense it is intended. If you are referring to a current position, talk in the present tense. However, if referring to a past experience, talk in the past tense. You should be writing as if you were talking in a professional manner.

In the present tense. Because you know how to do the skill now, and if you put it in the past tense you would be saying that you used to know how to do it. Hope this helps

Present tense for what you are currently doing, past tense for past work experience.

You list your duties at each job in the past tense. In the area for skills, you use the present tense.

Past for experience from the past only and present for current experience.

I use the present tense for current job, past for older jobs, and present for skills (since I still have them all, hopefully!).
