What does the sentence "No, I am not a normal person" mean? Is it an affirmation that he his indeed not normal, or a negation?

You mean because of the double negative rule? Two no's negate each other and, therefore, the person means he is, in fact, normal.

He probably doesn't even realize he's being ironic, because the most normal thing in the world is to not think you're normal. In fact, the really truly abnormal people are the ones who think they're the most normal people in the world, and everyone else is crazy. That said, I am 100% normal.

He may mean that he is not "normal" as dictated by society standards. Which could be a good or bad thing depending on the person.

No one is completely "normal". We all have quirks and flaws that others don't understand. And what is completely acceptable to one person may not be for another. Get to know him and decide for yourself.

A person mean SUPERLATIVE person if he says, "No, I am not a normal person.
He may mean intelligent,clever,brave, hi-fi --- depending upon the sense in which he is telling.

It depends on what someones defenition of "normal" is, I have yet to meet a ""normal" person, we are all different and that is what makes us who we are. If you ever meet a "normal" person please let me know.
