if the quote is a question is the question mark outside of the citation or inside the quote e.g. "Tou’rt mad to say it. / Is not thy master with him, who, were’t so, / Would have informed for preparation?" (1.5.30-32). OR "Tou’rt mad to say it. / Is not thy master with him, who, were’t so, / Would have informed for preparation" (1.5.30-32)?

First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.

Did Gandhi have anyone laugh at him? How was his life? Did he overcome some obstacle to achieve his goal? Can someone explain this quote or show me to a place that will help me understand this quote?

1. The novel opens with a quotation by Thomas Parke D'Invilliers. Explain what the quotation means in relation to the novel. Then find another quotation you feel Fitzgeraldcould have used to summarizr the meaning of the book. Explain why you chose this quote and how it is related to the novel. Include 3 quotes from the novel (excluding the one from the beginning) that support you reasoning why your quote fits the novel as well.
If anyone can help me with this I would really apperiate it.

"My lady, I have heard many things. I have heard that women wish love, and honour, and friendship, and flattery, and happiness, and much more. I have heard so many different answers I knew not which way to turn nor who to believe. A year and a day is a long time to gather thoughts as one gathers wheat. However, I believe I know the thing that all women want."
